This is without question the most enjoyable book I've read in a very long time. For anyone who loves an action packed thriller which involves New York City and Tennis, this book is it. The author has a wonderful gift for bringing his characters to life and his depth of knowledge of New York City and professional tennis is remarkable. Tennis fans will especially love the exciting ending. Once you start this book, you won't put it down.Product details

Tiebreak edition by Howard Gimple Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
When I started reading this book from unknown author Howard Gimple, I had very little expectations, just a lot of free time to kill. But, what a surprise. I got caught up in the web of intrigue and suspense and couldn't put the book down until the end. I could see this book as a major Hollywood movie with Tom Cruise as Jay Marks. Can't wait for the next book. Maybe we'll learn more about the Sons of Sabbah.
Gimple is a master at re-creating the scene at Wimbledon and the US Open as backdrops for a potboiler that even non tennis fans can enjoy. As a former tennis writer who has actually covered those tournaments, the realism--not to mention the action-packed excitement--makes this a must-read. Gimple has a knack for developing characters that sound and speak like actual people. The girl-chasing Wimbledon PR person is no doubt inspired by someone Gimple has known or met. Simply put, this novel is Game, Set and Match against all others of its genre.
I guess I disagree with the previous reviewers. I thought the premise was far-fetched and ridiculous. I finished it, but anxiously awaited it to be over. Plus, the many typos did not help the experience.
